The Project

The Towers at Harbor Court Condominium exists as part of a mixed use development consisting of five independent parts in three structurally separate buildings; a residential Condominium and Office Building, a Hotel, and, a Parking Garage and Health Club. This complex physically occupies the city block defined by East Lee, Charles and Light Streets with a city owned lot (formerly Barre St) on the North. The Hotel is sited to the east, the Office Building with the Condominium rising above to the south and west and the Garage and Health Club centrally located. 

The Condominium

The structure consists of three conjoined towers rising to twenty nine stories at 356 feet and lies beyond the 500 year flood zone marker (see photo 6).  The residential floors, (7 through 29) in each tower contain a maximum of three condominium residences serviced by two high speed elevators opening to a common elevator lobby.  There are a total of 166 residences. The three towers are accessible via a street-level ground floor lobby and entrance for residents only which is serviced by its own uniformed doormen and 24 hour manned security/service desk. Additionally, there is a connecting (6th) floor which also accesses the Garage, Health Club and Hotel.  The top two floors of the garage are part of the Condominium space, separately gated, and containing deeded parking spaces of the residence owners. Access to the Condominium connecting floor from the Garage, Health Club or Hotel is key card and Closed Circuit TV controlled to enable security while allowing ready access of authorized non residents.
